All products sold on lorddoc.com are custom-made or made-to-order, including presentation cards, information cards, replica-style souvenir cards, and scannable QR cards. Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

lCustom or personalized cards created based on customer-provided information or design approval

lReplica-style souvenir cards made for display or collection purposes

lScannable QR cards generated with unique codes or content

lOrders that have already entered production or have been completed

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

lThe product received is significantly different from the approved order details

lThe product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects

lThe wrong product was shipped due to an error on our side

4. Proof Requirement

To request a refund, customers must provide:

lClear photos or videos showing the issue

lOrder number and purchase confirmation

Requests without sufficient documentation may not be approved.

5. Refund Process
